经济和技术不断发展的过程中伴随的副作用使人类社会逐渐处于“风险社会”乃至“高风险社会”之中。当前我国正处于结构调整和社会转型中,存在着自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件和社会安全事件等各种各样的风险。在对现代社会风险的特点进行归纳后,对其量化方法也进行了初步探讨,并结合我国实际情况从影响风险大小的各因素入手,拟定了若干风险管理对策,对如何面对“风险社会”和提高风险承受能力可起到积极的参考作用。 相似文献

This paper considers three questions concerning a low-carbon society. The first is the implication of a 50% reduction in greenhouse gases (GHGs) by 2050. In the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report, released in 2007 (IPCC 2007b; http://www.gtp89.dial.pipex.com/chpt.htm), the suggested limit of increase in average worldwide temperatures is 2–3°C above the current level, but is this consistent with a 50% reduction by 2050? Second, when a 50% reduction in global emissions is envisioned, what is the level of reduction needed in Japan? Should the 50% reduction be uniform for advanced industrial countries and developing countries, or differentiated based on a country’s emissions? Third, how feasible are emission reduction targets in Japan? Even if the emission reduction target set for each country takes into account climate change impact and equity, whether the target is technically, or socially and economically, acceptable is another matter. 相似文献

在对湖泊-流域基本概念及其管理问题综合阐述、对土地生态管理及其理念应用分析的基础上,探讨土地生态管理对"湖泊-流域"管理的启示。从协调人与自然、不同利益者之间的冲突出发,结合"人-地-水"协调关系问题的处理、"点-线-面"生态网络体系的建设、"生态-经济-社会"可持续发展等,对湖泊-流域土地生态管理的理念进行了具体分析。并提出了湖泊-流域土地生态管理的4个基本目标:①生态系统可持续;②土地利用可持续;③生态经济可持续;④流域管理可持续。在上述分析的基础上,探讨了湖泊-流域土地生态管理基本要素、主要内容、系统框架、管理模型和机制等,分析土地利用/覆盖变化、生态环境变化的直接驱动力和间接驱动力,在生态环境、资源利用、社会经济等评价的基础上,以生态文明建设、直接和间接优化调控机制为核心,提出了湖泊-流域土地生态管理的主要步骤和基本方法,并讨论了湖泊-流域土地生态管理的特点和发展趋势。 相似文献

Summary. Allopatric populations of the leaf beetle Chrysomela lapponica are known to feed upon either willow (Salicaceae) or birch (Betulaceae). This study aimed to elucidate the differentiation
process of these allopatric populations. We investigated whether these allopatric populations specialized on different host
plants are still able to produce fertile offspring when interbreeding. Individuals from a population in Finland (willow specialists)
and one in the Czech Republic (birch specialists) were crossed in laboratory. Hybrid formation succeeded only between females
from the Czech, birch specialized population and males from the Finnish, willow specialized population, while no eggs were
produced by females of the willow specialists having mated males of the birch specialists. Behavioral, morphological, physiological,
and chemical features of the F1 hybrids were studied. The chemical composition of larval defensive secretion and feeding preferences of the resulting F1 hybrids mainly showed similarities with the paternal phenotype, while the area of black coloring on the offspring’s elytra
was intermediate between those of the parental elytra. F1 hybrids did not accept the host plant (birch) of their mothers for feeding and only survived on willow. Thus, since mothers
only lay eggs on birch, we found evidence for a postzygotic isolation mechanism between the individuals of the two investigated
populations: when having been mated with willow specialized Finnish males, the birch specialized Czech mothers place the hybrid

为寻求一种较低成本、高效率的生活污水处理工艺,研究了厌氧消化(UASB)-好氧(BF)后处理组合工艺同时去除生活污水中有机物和氮的可行性.系统的水力停留时间分别设为12、10、8、5 h,有机容积负荷分别为1.0、1.2、1.5、2.0 g / (L·d),出水COD低,平均去除率均大于92%;TN容积负荷分别为62.5、75.3、82.8、159.3 mg/(L·d),TN去除率分别为82.79%、79.97%、76.25%、67.83%.长期生存在微氧条件下,颗粒污泥的紧密度和沉降性能均低于接种厌氧,粒度增大,比产甲烷活性略有降低,但仍保持在较高水平. 相似文献

The social and economic implications of atmospheric change on biodiversity need to be seen in a global context of major shifts in the conceptualization and management of our relationship with nature. Traditionally, we have conceptualized the atmosphere and the other creatures of the biosphere as separate from the human, but their quasi-autonomy is now becoming subject to more and more human management. This raises not only economic issues, but social, political, and ethical concerns that will have substantial influence on public policy. Among these are the commodification of genetic material; the privatization of traditional knowledge; and the management of information. In this broader context, the paper examines an array of current and proposed strategies of response to changes in biodiversity as a result of climatic and other stresses. 相似文献
